Forum Registration
The participation to this Forum is by-invitation only.

- Registration Fee	57,000 yen

*Includes 3 breakfasts, 3 lunches, 3 dinners and shuttle bus to/from Tokyo

- Accommodation Fee
Single Room	20,500 yen/night/person
Twin Room	10,500 yen/night/person*

*All the room assignment will be arranged by organizer.
  Please inform us a person to share a twin room if you choose and have a preference
  by writing in the "Remarks" on the registration form.

Please Note:
The location of the forum venue,  Fuji View Hotel,  is isolated;  thus,
the organizer would recommend all the participants to stay at the hotel.

Visa Application
If you need an invitation letter for your visa application, please contact the Forum Organizer
(rscws@spring8.or.jp) with your passport copy and travel itinerary.
