We plan to have a get-together dinner during the meeting. Pre-registration is required to join the dinner when you complete your registration via the meeting registration form. Please settle the dinner fee at the registration desk upon your arrival. Please note that we can only accept cash payments in Japanese yen.
The SPring-8 Guest House is available for meeting participants (2,000 JPY/night). A reservation must be made at the time of your registration via the meeting registration form. If you wish to change your accommodation plan after registration, please contact us with your registration number via SACLAUC@spring8.or.jp .
For those planning to stay at the Guest House on the night of March 12, please check out by 9:30 am on March 13.
If you prefer to stay off-site, the following hotels near JR Aioi station could be alternative options. Please make your reservation directly with the hotel.
If you need to cancel your attendance at the meeting dinner or modify your reservations at the Guest House, please ensure that you notify us via email or update the registration information accordingly before the deadlines below.
Failure to cancel a reservation by the specified deadline may result in full charges. We greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
