Control System and Information Technology Group takes charge of the control system of SACLA, which covers an 8GeV linear accelerator, insertion devices, X-ray beamlines including experimental data acquisition systems (DAQ) and high performance computers for experimental data analysis. The group continuously researches key technologies that are essential for improvement of the SACLA facility with covering wide variety of modern electronics and information technologies such as, distributed processing system, virtual machine, advanced computing, database management system, broadband network, high-speed and high-precision analog/digital signal processing, various control platforms, and embedded system.
